When she's not in one of our cafes you will find Karla spending time with her family - Ryan, Bailey, Stevie and Coco.

The numbers guy! When he’s not in one of our cafes fixing a broken door or making new signs, he loves to tinker away on projects at home, enjoys playing golf and teaching the kids how to play tennis.
Clair Small

Our production lead and head of all things baked goods is a gem amongst our team! Someone who never thought she would become a baker is now a lover of all things sweet.
Clair loves to create new products for everyone to enjoy.Outside of work you will find Clair spending time with her husband and daughter, watching movies or enjoying a coffee.
Emma Jarvis
Head of Operations
Emma is our Head of Operations and the driving force behind keeping everything at Bluebells running seamlessly.
With a sharp eye for systems, processes, and people, she oversees the day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring every moving part works together efficiently.
Anna Joseph
Head of cake decorating
Anna is our Head of Cake Decorating and the creative force behind some of our most loved and recognisable cakes.
With an incredible eye for detail and a true passion for her craft, she leads our decorating team with both skill and artistry. From show-stopping celebration cakes to beautifully finished everyday favourites, Anna ensures every cake leaving our kitchen meets the highest standard.
